Yep, he's shunned Beverly Hills for... wait for it...
Bolton.
He and U2 drummer Larry Mullen have bought a £3 million block of flats there.
The twosome jointly invested after they heard news of a £500 million regeneration of the Lancashire town.
So they could end up being your landlords - as they're expected to rent out the 26-flat development, called the Anvil.
And let's just hope that they'll keep a couple for themselves so we can pop round for a cuppa...
