Fans of Doctor Who may want to sit down...
David Tennant has hinted he may not be in the Tardis for much longer.
The Scottish actor has told Doctor Who magazine that he's been considering when would be the best time to leave.
You see, like most thespian types, he's worried that he may get type-cast if he stays in the role for too long.
So he could be out after the next series.
He said: "There's an element of being in a long-running show that's a gamble, because I am 35 now...
"It's judging when is the right moment to go.
"I think I now know how many series I'm going to do - but I think it would be stupid of me to say more than that right now."
David is the tenth actor to play the Time Lord and will appear in his second series when it hits our screens in March 2007.
