Michael JacksonMichael JacksonThere's nothing unusual about a shop being kept open late for a celeb.

After all, it would be impossible to have a browse with all us normal peeps around.

So when Michael Jackson came to town, his people were quick to ring around some stores to make their request.

Hamleys, Harrods, where will he go this time?

You'll never guess...

Well, it was none other than TopShop's flagship store in Oxford Circus.

Yes, you heard correct.

The pop star perused the rails of the high street store under the watchful eye of the shop's owner Philip Green.

We can't imagine he found much that suited him but perhaps he just needed a few accessories - gloves, hats, scarves - you know what it's like, ladies.

Later on, he headed to Japanese restaurant Nobu, on Park Lane, where a crowd of devoted and loyal fans gathered to catch a glimpse of the elusive star.
