Jade, who's away in Dubai with her man, Jack Tweed, at the mo, told Heat that her New Year's resolution is to be kinder to her bod.
She said: "My New Year's resolution is to stop living off Chinese and KFC.
"I'm sick of Jack complaining all the takeaways are ruining his skin.
"So I've bought the idiot-proof Watch It... Do It series of cookery books.
"The boys said I look chunky, so I'm cutting down on the booze - I've heard it's a great way to lose excess pounds."
