And he's planning a reality TV show to watch him turn Little Chef around after it almost went bankrupt in January.
An insider told The Sun: "It's a tempting proposition for a TV company, as you're dealing with one of Britain's best-loved brands."
And it's most certainly got Jamie's mouth watering, as his spokesman confirmed.
He said that Jamie's company Fresh One Productions "has held talks about buying the business."
