She's posed in her underwear with no airbrushing and make-up as a protest against the Hollywood trend for cosmetic surgery.
Now Jamie Lee Curtis is giving actresses who succumb to Botox a right old telling off... and that includes one actress in particular.
The 46-year-old star of A Fish Called Wanda, True Lies and Freaky Friday has called the Botox fad an "epidemic which is out of control."
She told the Daily Mail: "The way they are injecting things and freezing things, people are looking like aliens."
Curtis herself once tried Botox and also had liposuction but was so ashamed of herself that she made a vow never to go there again.
And it's a promise that she feels one particular A-lister should take on board.
"There is an actress who many consider one of the most beautiful and you look at her and you think, 'What did she do to herself?'", she says cryptically. "She doesn't look like herself any more. I would never try it ever, ever again."
One actress she is happy to name - as one of the most beautiful, untampered-with women to work in the business - is the late Jessica Tandy.
She says her actor husband Christopher Guest once asked her to guess who he thought was the most beautiful woman in the room at an awards ceremony and he went for the then 82-year-old Driving Miss Daisy Star.
"He was absolutely right," Jamie Lee confirmed. "I have taken that to heart."
