Wondered why you haven't seen Jamie Lynn Spears lately?
Well, she's been in hiding - or so her dear old gramps claims.
Yup, in among the whole Britney Spears saga there's been hardly a peep from her sis, Jamie Lynn's corner.
Her grandfather says it's all down to Jamie Lynn's mum, Lynne, keeping her daughter in hiding at home, since news of the 16-year-old's pregnancy broke in December.
"Lynne keeps Jamie Lynn hidden," 77-year-old June Spears (yes, June is a man) told Gatecrasher.
"She is in denial about the pregnancy.
"She thinks it's just going to go away, but it's not. It's going to get bigger and bigger."
No, really?
Jamie said she was 12 weeks preggers by boyfriend Casey Aldridge two months back, which by our calculations gives her another four months or so to hide out.
However, Grandpa Spears' claims may be a lil' exaggerated, given he's a somewhat colourful character in himself.
Asked by the same reporter whether it was true he once fired at intruding paparazzo with a shot gun, sweet ol' Gramps furtively replied: "Maybe I have, maybe I haven't."
