People report that Jen accompanied new beau John as he played an hour-long set in Orlando recently.

Then - this is the best part - at the end of the set, John apparently wandered over to Jen for a hasty yet heartfelt lip lock, before going back on stage and playing a cover of Tom Petty's classic tune Free Fallin' as an encore.

Of Course the would-be couple haven't even confirmed they're dating yet, but we have to say we're loving all this romantical whirring of the rumour mill.

And it if were true that Jen landed a backstage snog on John, all we have to say is, we wouldn't blame the gal.

That Mayer fella is gorgeous and the two are extremely well-matched.
