OK, so, after being spotted together in Miami last weekend, Jen and John (who naturally have not yet confirmed a dalliance) have apparently been forced to part.

Jen stayed in Florida to continue filming for Marley & Me, while the Mayer lad headed home to New York.

A source close to John told People: "They already miss each other."

While another insider added: "It's very real. They've been seeing each other for a few weeks now."

Meanwhile, TMZ questioned John on the topic of Jen as the rocker man trotted round about the Big Apple.

Ever the gent, John stayed schtum on the topic.

But he didn't say no, right?

Plus, further evidence in the form of new pics that have just surfaced of the twosome cavorting on a Miami beach together strengthens the case for romance.

The snaps show them cuddling up in their swimwear, John gently resting his head on Jen's shoulder.
