Bomb lessons, heat stroke, punches being thrown...
It's all in a day's work for Jennifer Garner.
Chatting to Sky Showbiz at the premiere of her new movie, The Kingdom, Jen revealed the rough time she'd had filming her new flick.
And frankly, we're quite surprised she's still in one piece.
First up, she had to contend with the film's director Peter Berg.
Now, you would expect these Hollywood types to get antsy now and again... but punching people?
Taking it a step too far, wethinks...
"He (Pete Berg) punched me like a fool," Jennifer told us."He knocked the wind out of me."
But before you consider taking the man to task - it seems Pete was trying for a joke.
"He was being funny and he thought the Kevlar vest I had on would protect me from a man's punch.
"But it was just a costume, it wasn't real," she said.
Ouch.
And to add to Jennifer's troubles, seems the filming location of Saudi Arabia didn't exactly agree with her.
"I kept on getting heat stroke and having to go to hospital," she revealed.
On top of which Jennifer also had to plaster on fake blood and undergo bomb lessons - all in the name of a believable film.
Well - respect for the gal, but perhaps Jennifer would be better off with a rom com next time round?
