Hmm... something smells a wee bit fishy around Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey...
The couple are set to do battle, but it won't be in the divorce courts.
The former twosome have... ahem, accidentally scheduled their new singles with the same UK release day.
Both have songs put out by the same record company on January 29th.
It doesn't end there though...
Both Jess and Nick's songs are about their split. Bless.
Jessica's official press release even starts: "The fabulous Jessica Simpson NICKS the spotlight on 29th January..."
