She's admitted she considered ending it all.

Her suicidal thoughts came after her appearance on Celebrity Big Brother in 2006.

Jodie experienced a tough time on the reality show and often ended up crying after clashes with fellow housemates Michael Barrymore and Pete Burns, among others.

Speaking to More magazine, Jodie said: "The year before last, about six months after Celebrity Big Brother, I'd kept all my aggression and sadness bottle up.

"But then one day, I just thought 'I want to kill myself.'

"I was driving my car along a country lane and thought 'What's the quickest way to end it? Could I drive into that tree at 70mph? That would do it.'"

She added: "It wasn't just a passing thought - it was serious."

Jodie said she got herself back on track by taking a holiday in Italy to sort various issues out.

She also chatted about her estranged hubby Matt Peacock in the interview, saying: "He's sent me a couple of texts saying he loves me and misses me. But I'd never take him back. I wish he'd just sign the divorce papers and get out of my life."
