She landed at Heathrow after returning from breast reduction surgery in Los Angeles.
Jordan's 32FF boobs have been taken down a smidge.

Jordan was also pretty keen to hide her chops too.
Why on earth would that be the case? Apparently only her chestical area went under the knife.
And her spokeswoman also denied that she had any other surgery.
She said: "Katie's glad to be home. It went well."
