Joss' Celeb Friends?

Joss StoneIf you can cast your mind back a wee while, you may remember Joss Stone being rather whiney... men didn't like her, she couldn't make any friends, etc, etc.

But she's sure as hell trying to bag herself some A-list chums.

Is this your latest bid at friendship Joss?

Let's begin with her taking Victoria Beckham's corner in the size zero debate.

Yep, she's been sticking up for Vic, as she told The Sun: "I don't think Victoria Beckham is too skinny, she's fine."

But she added: "Girls on the runways in fashion shows look like they are going to die."

Hmm... interesting she seems to want to keep on the right side of Vic.

Tom's support of Scientology and his eccentric behaviour make him somewhat of an acquired taste.

But faithful Joss won't hear a word against him.

After all he's apparently a mate of hers... and she finds them so hard to come by.

She told Q magazine: "He invited me, my mum and my manager Amy to his house for Chinese take-out, that's all.

"We watched a movie. We met his lovely kids.

"He invited me over in the first place, I think because he loves my music, and I thought he was absolutely lovely.

"I don't know why people make out he's odd because he isn't. He's just very enthusiastic and very full of life."
