It's not exactly a chore to hang out in the South of France.
And so when actors are invited to appear at the Cannes Film Festival they usually say yes.
However, not all the stars of the festival's opening night movie made the effort.
My Blueberry Nights stars the likes of Rachel Weisz, Tim Roth, Natalie Portman and David Strathairn, but they appeared to have been elsewhere engaged.
No matter, the movie's main stars, Jude Law and Norah Jones, did scrub themselves up and were joined by a host of other luvvies on the red carpet.
Eva Herzigova was proudly showing off a very prettily-dressed bump and led the likes of Liz Hurley (checking out her own bosoms), Minnie Driver, Andie Macdowell, Toni Collette and such.
