In fact she gave chase to a car full of them.
And she didn't stop there - our Jules blasted them with her horn and got them to pull over before she gave them a right ol' rollicking.
Can't quite believe it? Well the whole malarkey was caught on camera.
She told them off for allegedly filming her near a school, ordering them to turn off a video camera filming her.
Julia said: "Turn it off.
"I want to talk to you about the fact that you're at a school where children go. Turn it off."
