Juliette LewisJuliette LewisAlthough she hasn't written off her film career, Juliette Lewis says she would rather we talked to her about her new career as a rock star.

Oh, and whatever you do, don't mention Brad.

The 32-year-old star of Natural Born Killers and Cape Fear is now dedicating her time to touring, writing and recording with her band Juliette And The Licks, but hasn't ruled out a return to the screen.

"There are still more film things I want to do," she tells New! magazine. "But I was longing for something else.

"I guess you would say the analogy is: "Do you want to be in the passenger's seat or the driver's seat?" I wanna f**king drive!"

"We dated a long time ago," she says of her time with the Troy hunk.

"It has nothing to do with what I'm doing now. I wish people wouldn't bring him up all the time."

And as for the rock 'n' roll temptation of drink and drugs?

"I've been sober and off drugs for nine years, and I have a really strong foundation of help," Juliette says.

"I always hold on to my principles and call my sister or my band if I need a talk."

Plus, she has something in common with Tom Cruise (yep, Tom Cruise) in that she takes solace in Scientology.

"It has made me a stronger more focused person," she claims.
