Sian Reeves and Russell Watson warbled their way to victory on Just The Two Of Us.
The pair won both the public vote and praise from the judges.
Pop star Lulu told Cutting It actress Sian: "you are an absolute revelation tonight."
Fellow judge Radio 1 DJ Trevor Nelson agreed: "You have brought total drama to tonight's performance and have just gotten better and better."
The pair fought off stiff competition from rivals Mark Moraghan and former Atomic Kitten Natasha Hamilton to win £10,000 each for charity.
The pair, who only started rehearsing 10 days before the show went on air, belted out hits Great Balls Of Fire, Annie's Song and I Would Do Anything For Love to seal their victory.
Throughout the show viewers have voted in their millions with calls raising money for Sport Relief.
The show paired eight celebrities with professional singers including Beverley Knight, Alexander O'Neal and Martin Fry to compete in a duet-singing showdown.
TV's Vernon Kay and Tess Daly hosted the show which saw the likes of Gaby Roslyn, Fiona Bruce and Penny Smith put their vocal chords to the test.
Sian is donating her winnings to children's fund Promise Dreams in Wolverhampton.
Russell's money will go to The Kirsty Appeal which raises money for the Francis House Children's Hospice in Manchester.
