As court documents show his spending over the past few months.
But what's he been splashing his cash on?
Well, America's OK! says they've peeked at court documents which show his expenses.
They say the docs show that over the past eight months he's apparently spent around $50,489 (around £25,000) on hotel rooms and refreshments in Las Vegas.
They claim that a day at the Hard Rock Beach Club cost him around $3000 (around £1500), and that on his New Year's Eve jaunt at Scores he left a whopping $2000 (£1000) tip.
His lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, has told OK!: "What Mr Federline may have purchased for gifts for others, or entertaining and/or hosting parties is irrelevent, though obviously and unfortunately, the other side tried to distract the court from what and how one should vacation."
When asked about the fact that Britney is being ordered to pay court fees for K-Fed, he said: "It's not just about need but about her conduct.
"He would not have incurred fees but for the fact that he was seeking custody orders that were for the best of his kids."
