The poor love is only having to work with hers.
She's starring alongside ex-boyfriend Rufus Sewell in her new film, The Holiday.
The pair had a three-month fling back in the Nineties, before going their separate ways.
Kate insists she's ok coming face to face with her romantic past: "It was completely fine," she said.
"I hadn't seen him for a very long time but we'd remained friends.
"It was really not a big deal.
"I was thrilled when he got the part of Jasper."
We wonder if he feels differently, as Kate is happily married to her second hubby, director Sam Mendes, while Rufus has separated from his second wife Amy Gardner.
