But wait for it... it ain't her boyf, Jamie Hince.

So just who is her new housemate?

Well, according to the Daily Mirror, Kate is doing up a spare room in her St John's Wood home for her pal, celebrity hairdresser James Brown, so that he can move in and treat it as a second home.

Of course, boyf Jamie's been coupled up with Kate for nearly a year now, and he still hasn't got his feet under the table.

But here's the part of the story that'll warm your cockles... Kate is doing all this as she wants to support James, who has had a hard time of late.

Poor James has lost several members of his family to cancer, including his little sister recently.

An insider told the paper: "Kate will do anything for James, she thinks the world of him.

"She's already got interior designers in to make a start on creating an original and outlandish room for him. Meanwhile Jamie hasn't even got his slippers by the bedside."

Well, Kate has certainly gone up in our estimation for her kind-hearted gesture.
