Keira strikes us as a surprisingly slender choice for the FHM 100 Sexiest Women poll - we thought that lads generally favoured the curvier bod.
Hourglass figures and womanly curves do feature highly on the list, though.
Scarlett Johansson came in third and last year's winner, Kelly Brook, made the top 10, too.
But the surprises didn't end with Keira.
Lost actress Evangeline Lilly, who was an unknown last year, shot into eighth place.
While superbod Kate Moss slid down to a lowly 87.
And poor old Britney Spears didn't even scrape into the 100.
