Kelly's Sad News

When Kelly Brook takes to the Strictly Come Dancing floor again...

She won't be competing for points, or praises.

Instead Kel will be dancing for her dad, who passed from cancer away five days ago.

Her spokesperson said it's what her late dad, Ken, would've wanted.

The Daily Mirror quotes her publicist as saying: "Kelly will continue her work commitments to the best of her ability as her father, Kenneth Parsons, would have wanted."

A friend of the family has also said: "She (Kelly) is devastated. Her family are very close-knit and she was extremely close to her dad.

"Ken was an incredibly brave man. He was adamant that Kelly continued in Strictly Come Dancing because he knew how much she enjoyed doing it."

The BBC confirmed that despite the family tragedy, Kelly had been at dance rehearsals.

This weekend will see the dancers performing two dances each, with Kelly and her dance partner, Brendan Cole, doing the cha-cha and foxtrot.
