In fact, he's bouncing right back into the dating scene.
Far from letting things getting him down, K-Fed is letting the ladies know he's available once again.
At Chicago's House Of Blues club Wednesday night, he told the crowd: "Hey, I see a lot of fine ladies in here.
"You know I'm a free man, right, ladies? You wanna dance with a pimp?"
Later in the night, K-Fed pointed into the crowd and said: "That's a sexy-ass lady right there."
The aspiring rap star has filed for sole custody of his two children with wife Britney, Sean Preston and Jayden James.
His lawyer Mark Kaplan said: "The pleading is responsive to the petition hurriedly filed by Britney Spears yesterday, which may have been a pre-emptive strike in anticipation by her of the filing by Kevin seeking sole custody of the children.
"Kevin is prepared to go the distance in order to do what he feels is necessary to protect and safeguard the children and will not be intimidated or dissuaded from pursuit of those goals."
