Kiefer Sutherland must be pleased.
It's good news for him.
He'll be released from jail in the early hours of Monday morning.
Kiefer was serving a 48-day sentence for drink-driving at the private Glendale City Jail on 5th December 2007.
Kiefer was popped in the clink after he was caught driving under the influence in September 2007.
A prison spokesman said: "He's not happy to be here, but you can tell from his demeanor that he's sorry and takes responsibility for what he's done."
Well then, he'll be happy to be out.
