The diminutive star spoke out about her baby yearnings in a interview with Hello magazine.
"I love children," she said. "Always have and always will. But it's only since my cancer that I have given serious thought to having them.
"Contrary to some reports, I am not having all sorts of weird treatments to try and get pregnant. Instead we will just have to wait and see what the doctors say."
Friends of the star confirm that she has her heart set on the whole marriage-and-kids deal, though Kylie herself ruled out a reunion with former flame Olivier Martinez.
And they're not bezzas just yet either.
Kyles said: "I'm not ready to be friends with Olivier."
Men aside, it seems Kylie has all the moral support she needs to fulfil her dreams, in the form of ever loyal sister Dannii.
"They are hardly out of each other's sights now," a family member said of the Minogue sisterhood.
"You see them holding hands and hugging and kissing, as if they knew how close they came to losing each other and now they can't bear to be apart."
