Is Sam Lutfi in Britney denial?
Brit Brit's former manager speaks out saying he still plays a part in Britney's life.
Lutfi's spokesperson, yes he has a spokesperson, Michael Sands said: "Sam and the family are communicating and co-operating trying to do what's best for Britney."
Odd, because the Spears camp just extended the restraining order against Sam for 75 more days.
