Former Blue member Lee Ryan has paid the courts a visit.
The singer allegedly had an run-in with a taxi driver.
Lee is accused of allegedly punching a Naeem Inbrahim in an incident of road rage.
Lee has appeared at Redhill Magistrates court in Surrey.
It's alleged the Blue boy got into a row with Naeem after Lee's fiancee allegedly drove into the back of Naeem's cab.
The case could not proceed as Naeem is in India and so could not be at the court.
However, the Press Association says an application by Lee's barrister for the case to be dismissed has been rejected.
The Sun also reports that Lee denies the alleged assault.
