Leonardo DiCaprio has found himself in legal hot water.
He's being sued by his neighbours.
Leo's neighbours are suing the actor for the construction of a personal basketball court at his Los Angeles home, People magazine reports.
Ronald and Joan Linclau filed the lawsuit on Thursday, alleging the renovation has caused extensive damage to their adjoining property.
The court papers claimed: "In the process of construction, defendants entered plaintiff's property and cut and removed hedges and other plants... and excavated earth granite and bedrock that was part of plaintiff's property."
The construction has also caused their land to cave in and slide, the couple claimed. They are now seeking unspecified damages from the actor.
A rep for Leo could not be reached for comment.
