That's right, the pair tied the knot at London's Westminster Register Office reports The Sun.
That's the same venue Liam said "I do" to his ex-wife, Patsy Kensit.
Liam's been in Los Angeles working, but jetted back into Blighty for the special occasion.
Guests included Nicole's sister, Natalie, and her hubby, but Liam's brother Noel was still in LA.
A source told the paper: "They felt like they were married anyway. He's worn a ring on his wedding finger for years to show his commitment.
"But he decided it was the right time."

An Oasis spokesperson confirmed to the paper that the pair were married.
