But natural beauty Liv Tyler has made a shock U-turn on her anti-cosmetic surgery stance.
She told Grazia magazine in 2005: "I don't want to ever have cosmetic surgery, so I want to do the best I can with what I have. I hate that look where people's faces have just changed. It's so creepy."
But despite vowing to never go under the knife in a bid to stay beautiful, it seems Steve Tyler's daughter has had a change of heart.
Now, talking to Allure magazine for their July issue, the elfin actress revealed that she's well up for some surgical reconstruction.
The Givenchy model, who turns 30 on 1st July said: "I'm definitely going to have some, I'm sure. Especially when you see what happens to your body after you have a baby."
If even Liv is on for it, what hope is there for us mere mortals?
