Liz HurleyLiz HurleyShe is famous the world over for her stunning curves and her daring outfits.

But Liz Hurley has confessed that she has deep insecurities about her body.

In a frank interview, the actress reveals that when she looks in the mirror she sees "a person who eats too much junk food and doesn't exercise."

She adds: "That has sadly become my reality over the past year."

The world-famous model, 40, who has her own swimwear range, says: "I wouldn't wear the towelling miniskirt, bikini top and flip-flops - those days are over.

"I'm never again going to sit eating lunch on a boat in just a skimpy bikini. I don't feel comfortable doing that any more."

Liz Hurley with Arun BayerLiz with partner Arun NayarLiz's figure has been a subject of fascination - and envy - among women since her appearance in 'that' dress at the Four Weddings And A Funeral premiere in 1994.

Yet now she confesses to feeling much less assured about her looks.

She tells Easy Living magazine: "As the years go by you do feel less confident about your body.

"I know that sounds bizarre coming from a woman who is photographed half-naked in bikinis, but I feel self-conscious posing for those pictures and they're all retouched anyway."

Liz, who has a three-year old son Damian with former lover Steve Bing, admits: "For two years I've done almost no exercise and I've been surviving on crisps and coffee.

"I'm obsessed with sausages - I'd like to eat them every day."

Liz, who lives with partner Arun Nayar on a £2.5million Gloucestershire estate, also tells the magazine she'd like another child.

She says she is determined to improve her appearance, and promises: "I shall go to ground and annoy everyone by emerging thinner, sexier and mentally cleansed."
