Hunky Gladiator star Sam Bond - aka Atlas - has been chatting all things body ahead of his debut appearance on the new Sky One show this weekend.
"I'm one of the biggest around on the natural scene and it takes a lot of commitment," Atlas bragged to the Metro.
But before you start chuckling, he's not talking filthy - rather he's referring to the fact that he doesn't use steroids on his muscly bod.
