Madonna has officially become a mother for the third time...
... Despite there being no word from her reps.
It's been confirmed by an African court that the singer HAS adopted a child, giving her two children Lourdes, nine, and Rocco, five, a brother.
Court registrar, Thomson Ligowe, confirmed to the Daily Mirror that Madge and hubby Guy Ritchie are parents again:
"Madonna and the husband filed their papers for an interim order this morning at Lilongwe high court, and the judge gave the ruling at 2pm this afternoon."
Both pictures showing Madonna with baby David and an interview with his father, Yohame Bandar, led to speculation she was ready to adopt.
Yohame has since given the pair his blessing:
"They are a lovely couple. She and her husband seem happy with David. I am happy for him."
