Madonna reportedly has a new addition to the family.
But she hasn't been in the family way...
The pop queen is said to have adopted a 13-month-old Malawian child called David, whose mother died shortly after he was born.
The claims have not been verified by Madge or her publicist, but Malawian officials said last week that she had planned to adopt a child while visiting the poverty stricken African nation.
And David's father, Yohane Banda, has told the Associated Press he is thrilled his son will now have a better and more privileged life.
He said: "I am the father of David, who has been adopted.
"I am very, very happy because as you can see, there is poverty in this village and I know he will be very well looked after in America."
Madonna already has a son, Rocco, five, with her movie director husband Guy Ritchie, and also a nine-year-old daughter, Lourdes.
