Remember Marc Bannerman’s ex, Sarah Matravers?

You might not believe this but...

Rumour has it, she’s set to wed.

Yup, just months after being left red-faced and humiliated by Marc’s blatant jungle flirting with Cerys Matthews in I’m A Celeb..., it seems Sarah has put the past firmly behind her.

Sarah publicly dumped Marc as he and Cerys’ outback shenanigans gained pace, and didn’t meet the former EastEnders star when he was evicted from the jungle.

However, she’s now found new love in the form of boyfriend Ian Stewart.

And apparently things have moved quickly between the loved-up duo. The Sunday Mirror report that wedding invites have been sent out for a London ceremony on 5th April this year.

Meanwhile, Marc and Cerys’ lustful romance has turned out to be short-lived - their courtship hit the dust last month.

Marc’s mum Dolores Noronha told the Sunday Mirror:Sarah Matravers

"He’s very sad. He told me he’d love to get back with Sarah but she’s even changed her number."

Of course, all this talk of Sarah getting hitched is just rumour at the mo, but if it does turn out to be true we take our hats off to the lady - it has to be the sweetest form of revenge.

Sarah’s rep told Sky Showbiz that she had no comment on the marriage talk, but confirmed that Sarah did have someone special in her life.

Marc - we can only feel sympathy.
