Mariah Carey It’s not often you get a celeb admitting to their weak spots.

But Mariah Carey is more than happy to lift her hands up.

Yup, you might think of Mariah as a mega-diva...

But shockingly, the songstress herself reckons most peeps see her as a bit of an airhead.

"I understand that people think I’m a ditzy moron," Mariah has told Allure magazine in a surprisingly frank interview.

"I’ve always had really low self-esteem, and I still do."

But before you bring out the violins, be comforted by the fact that Mariah still has plenty of love and affection out there.

"Being on stage... the love that you get, and the adoration that you feel from your real fans. It’s hard for a partner to compete – just imagine," she continues.

Indeed. Finishing off the bare-all chat, Mariah says she’s never had a one-night stand, referring to herself as a "freakin’ prude".
