What a shock we got when we realised it was actually the OC star herself.
Just an OAP'd-up version.
Quite what she was thinking when she stepped out in this is beyond us.
But step out she did - and gave us a bit of a giggle.
We knows red lippy is v on trend at the mo.
Yet somehow it just ain't working for ol' Mischa.
Let's not think this is the first time she's put a A-lister foot out of line with her style, however.
