The Kingdom Of Heaven star has been snooped locking lips with a new lady and she's definitely not his ex, actress Kate Bosworth.
Orlando was seen smooching MTV VJ Vanessa Minnillo at New York club Gypsy Tea after he appeared on her show, TRL.
A spy told the New York Post:
"They were whispering to each other, touching each other, and dirty-dancing all night."
"Girls would come up and try to get it on with him, and he politely snubbed everyone for Vanessa. They were very much together."
Kate won't be best pleased - the pair have only just broken up after 2 years together. They had been thought to marry.
Elsewhere in Hollywood another hunk is off the market.
The Day After Tomorrow star Jake Gyllenhaal has been seen out and about with Oscar-nominated star Catalina Sandino Moreno despite reports that he had got back with long-term girlfriend Kirsten Dunst.
