Many celebs have had to go into rehab for various reasons.
But not all are brave enough to come out and talk about it.
Meg Mathews, ex-wife of Noel Gallagher, has spoken out for the first time since leaving rehab, where she was treated for depression.
The 39-year-old, who admitted herself into North London's Charter Nightingale Clinic in August 2006, tells Grazia magazine how feeling depressed caused her to drink too much.
She said: "I'd started going to AA sessions and hadn't drunk for about a year.
"But I relapsed on my birthday, drank champagne and really celebrated. It all went a bit downhill from there.
"I hit rock bottom this summer. It was the fact that I had everything going for me in my life, but still felt sad.
"For so long I thought the answer was being thin or having a relationship.
"Rehab's made me realise that nothing's going to fix you, except you."
Meg also thanks the Daily Mirror for revealing the truth about her battle.
She added: "The day that it all appeared in the Daily Mirror was a relief. I thought, 'It's out now. I can let go.'"
