Mel And Eddie In Court

Mel BMel B does not spend quality time with her ex, Eddie Murphy, anymore.

In fact their main meeting spot is the courthouse these days.

And the twosome are gearing up for yet another legal battle.

This time it's surrounding the small matter of maintenance for their daughter, Angel Iris.

They're set to wrangle out how much Ed will hand over to help support their six-month-old wee girly.

But Mel is only just managing to squeeze the battle in...

The hearing takes place in LA on 14th November...

Just the day before Mel and the rest of the Spice Girls kick off their world tour.

Talking to the Daily Mirror a source claimed: "Eddie refuses to see Angel so this is important to her."

Eddie MurphyIt ain't any surprise that Mel's more than miffed with Ed - he's not been in her good books since publicly ending their relationship on Dutch TV last year when she was five months pregnant.

Then refusing to name himself as father of Angel Iris until his paternity was proved by a DNA testing.

Not sure Ed's going to be winning any prizes for father of the year just yet.
