Scary Spice has scored top marks on American comp show Dancing With The Stars.

But what's the recipe to her smooth groove success?

Well, seems it all boils down to Mel's recently wedded hubby, Stephen Belafonte.

"I make him stand there, and I dance around him," Mel told the Daily Mirror.

Not that her fella is a Brendan Cole-type pro when it comes to throwing some shapes...

"He's terrible," Mel said of her man's dance moves.

"But he's a good stand-in. He's good at standing there and staying still."

These Spicer men seem v obliging when it comes to their laydeez practising dance.
