Mind you, we'd be worried if she wasn't slightly concerned about her Crimbo behaviour.
She's been chatting about her drink-driving arrest on 27th December 2007 for the first time.
She told Ryan Seacrest's KIIS-FM radio show: "I got a DUI when I was back in LA.
"I was pulled over. Obviously, I am 100% responsible for my actions, and I am really disappointed in myself.
"I am not perfect, and I don't ever intend to do something that stupid again."
And she also fessed up to not having a valid licence: "I usually try not to get behind the wheel."
"It is tough when people are talking about you all the time.
"You just have to roll with it. I feel like I've got my head on my shoulders pretty good."
