Mischa Barton has been charged by police.

She's been charged with driving under the influence, driving with a blood alcohol level of .08% or higher, driving without a licence and possession of marijuana (under an ounce) all following her arrest back in December last year.
The Los Angeles district attorney have just released this information relating to the drama where Mischa was pulled over by police after they reportedly spotted the vehicle she was driving "straddling two lanes of traffic".
The police report also suggests that she failed to signal when turning her car.
Police arrested her for driving without a valid licence and under the influence of alcohol.
Mischa was later released on bail and has since apologised for her actions - saying she was wrong to attempt to drive home after partying with her mates.
With this latest news on her charge we're just going to have to sit tight to see what happens next - but we'll be sure to keep you posted. Her next court date is 28th February.
