Eva Longoria's husband, Tony Parker, is suing a paparazzi photo agency.
The French basketball star has filed a suit against X17 photo agency in a Los Angeles Superior court, according to TMZ.
Tony's suit alleges the photo agency has defamed him by publishing allegations that he had an affair with a model, when they "had to know that the story was false, or at the very least, it had to have entertained serious doubts about the credibility of its supposed source".
The model in question is Alexandra Paressant.
Apparently Tony's suit states: "Tony Parker has never had sexual relations with a woman named Alexandra Paressant."
Earlier in the week, Tony's laywers released a statement saying he'd "never laid eyes" on the woman.
Tony also told People magazine: "I love my wife. She's the best thing in my life, and I have never been happier."
With Eva adding: "Tony has been nothing short of the perfect husband."
