Is Chris Moyles on the road to Hollywood stardom?
Not content with his lucrative career as a DJ, it seems the man-with-a-plan is now gunning for the big screen - and his sights are set high...
It all kicked off when Pulp Fiction's Quentin Tarantino guest starred on Moyles' Radio 1 show.
Not one to hold back, Moylesy got in there pronto with a request for a cameo role in Tarantino's upcoming film.
Ever the money man, the legendary director quickly did the figures.
He told Moyles' co-host Dominic Byrne: "If he (Chris Moyles) comes in with $800 I will see and consider him for the role - $800 is worth my time to see DJ Chris."
No doubt flabbergasted by his luck at blagging the bribe, Moyles is now said to be seriously mulling over his chances.
And despite the possible conflict of interest going on, a Radio 1 spokesman backed the move, telling the Daily Mirror:
"Following his appearance in Hotel Babylon and the hit movie Cars, we think Chris would be a natural in one of Quentin's movies and totally support him in this new film career."
All very well, but Chris' resume may be a little lacking if Tarantino faves Samuel L Jackson, John Travolta or Uma Thurman are anything to go by.
