It's a tough world, the one of showbiz.
But luckily, Myleene Klass has a guardian angel.
In the form of one Vanessa Feltz.
When we caught up with new mum Myleene at the Variety Club Showbiz Awards last night, she was all agog at Vanessa's parenting skills.
"Baby Ava is gorgeous," Myleene told Sky Showbiz of her baby daughter.
"She's upstairs asleep, because Vanessa Feltz came into the room and worked her mummy magic while I was getting ready.
"She (Ava) was getting a little bit cry-y and Vanessa came in and rocked her to sleep for me. So I'm going to hire Vanessa as my babysitter. She's never leaving my side, she's brilliant."
And what does Myleene make of this year's I'm A Celeb gang?
"My favourite at the moment is (Christopher) Biggins," she told us.
"He's having a jolly good old laugh, he's got a sense of humour, he's having a go at the trials."
And when it comes to the future, ever the trouper Myleene has no intention of resting on her laurels quite yet - she's off to India later this week, representing London alongside Mayor Ken Livingstone.
"I'm a small girl from Norfolk who never thought I'd get the chance to go to another country and represent my own. I'm very proud," she told us.
