So it should come as no surprise to you that we strutted our stuff down to the LK Today High Street Fashion Awards.

And that's where we bumped into a very svelte-looking Myleene Klass.

Yep the gorgeous face of Marks & Spencer was flying the high-street flag.

But we couldn't help noticing her trim bod - she's really snapped back into shape since giving birth to her baby girl, Ava, in August last year.

So we had to ask... what's her secret?

With a laugh, Myleene told Sky Showbiz: "M&S pants."

"To be honest, it's runnning around, running around and being busy, like any mum.

"I don't have the monopoly on it.

"I put on four stone when pregnant and I've not quite lost it all yet but I couldn't care less.

"I'm quite proud of myself for my extra bits, they're my war wounds."

"There's so much pressure to look perfect... there's no fad diets for me. I've got to stay well for my little girl. I'm not much use to her living off one piece of broccoli.

"No, for me personally it's pizza all the way... er, but I suppose that's not a good diet either."

Well whatever you're doing, My, it's defo working.
