EastEnder Natalie Cassidy has revealed she wanted a boob job to "give the boys at work something to look at".
After boosting her cleavage from 36A to 36D she has no regrets, although she reveals it's "very painful".
The 21-year-old, who plays Sonia Jackson in the soap, caused waves when she unveiled her new look recently.
"It was a big decision," she told Now magazine. "I remember being 15, getting ready to go out, and thinking 'I could really do with something there'.
"I felt the same at 17 and 18 but I thought I was too young to consider surgery. But when I turned 20 I knew I really wanted it done.
"I used to have bikinis but I had nothing to fill the top with!"
But she did admit she dislikes the celeb lifestyle - and was worried the new look would propel her into the tabloids.
"That was the only thing that worried me. I like to think of myself as an ordinary woman who's been unhappy with her shape for a while," said Nat, who's been in the soap for 11 years.
And the whole Square has been talking about her new buxom bod.
"Michelle Ryan (Zoe Slater) thinks they're great. Everyone's been thrilled for me - they've all had a prod and a poke. Even June Brown (Dot Manning)."
And she is adamant that they look natural: "I didn't want them to look like a Page 3 girl's.
"They're a nice shape and - more importantly - they're natural looking. I wanted to give all the boys at work something to look at!" she added cheekily.
So any downsides? "It was very painful. I had eight days of agony... but it's been worth it."
