Pole-dancing lovelies The Pussycat Dolls scored a huge hit with their debut single, Don't Cha, and now plan to conquer the pop world. They're taking their inspiration from the Spice Girls - right down to the choice of their next single.

The girls told me: "We're the modern-day Spices, which got us all thinking that we could, and should, cover a classic track for our US launch." Well, they have - a unique take on Wannabe. Will it give them a US no.1, like the Spices? Oh yes...
